What is the difference between recurring cleaning and deep cleaning?
Recurring cleaning is designed to maintain a home that is already in manageable condition. Deep or initial cleaning includes more detailed work and is usually recommended for first-time visits, homes with buildup, or homes that need extra attention before starting recurring service.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients provide access instructions so the cleaning can be completed while they are away. Access details should be provided before the appointment.
Do I need to provide supplies?
Elementa Clean can discuss supply expectations before the appointment. Customers should provide any specific products they require for their home, surfaces, or personal preferences.
Do I need to provide clean linens and trash liners?
Yes. Clean replacement linens and trash liners should be provided by the customer if bed-making or trash replacement is expected.
How do pets work?
Pets should be safely secured before the appointment. Please let us know about pets in advance so we can plan properly and avoid disruptions during the cleaning.
How does payment work?
Payment expectations are confirmed before service. Any deposits, remaining balances, add-ons, or additional time must be handled according to the confirmed quote and service agreement.
Can I request add-ons?
Yes. Add-ons such as inside refrigerator, inside oven, interior window glass, dishes, laundry folding, garage or patio light sweeping, and organization assistance may be requested. Add-ons must be confirmed before the appointment and may require additional time and fees.
What happens if my home needs extra time?
If the home has heavy buildup, excessive clutter, excessive dishes, or requests outside the selected service, additional time and fees may be required. Elementa Clean will communicate if the job appears outside the approved scope.
